Max and his crew are top notch professionals. I was referred to him by a family friend and he did not disappoint. He finished the job within 12 days of me first reaching out. Contractors can be hard to rely on and are not always punctual or honest. Max came on two separate days. He said 8am on both days, and was there 5-10 min early both times. The team was efficient, completed the job quickly, and was very easy to deal with. He even removed a tree stump that had grown under the wall previously. They went out of their way to remove it without a problem to ensure it looked great to help me sell my house. Quality, timeliness, customer service, I could not recommend Moat Concrete Construction highly enough. The before, during, and after pics are below. Max and his team were detail oriented, transparent about the process and set reasonable expectations. I had a large three car parking pad with a handicap accessible ramp install in the rear of the building and a walkway in the front of my building leading to an 8 foot wide staircase with a 3 foot by 8 foot landing. I called for an estimate and they arrived a day or 2 later and had an estimate within a couple of days. Their estimated time to do the project was spot on. Our project had a lot of issues to conquer because of a very restrictive area. Moat Concrete was able to over come those issue's. There was a lot of leveling to do to make the new steps and walls look appropriate. It looks fabulous!! We Are so pleased with the work. Great experience working with this company, from start to finish. I had them replace poorly constructed/sinking concrete steps leading up to my front porch, and not only do they now look great, they're safer, too.
